Springfield Public Schools Academic Calendar (2022-2023)
The academic calendar for the Springfield public schools is released every year in late January or early February. The Academic Calendar Advisory Committee (ACAC) makes the final decisions on what courses are offered, when they are offered, and which holidays will fall during the school year. This year’s calendar includes 190 classes and offers a variety of course choices for students of all ages.
The ACAC closely monitors student testing results to make sure that each grade level is meeting state standards. The calendar also includes important dates such as National School Walkout Day, Presidents’ Day, and Spring Break.
